Nevatal

Nevatal is the vertical SaaS for clinic management that the xcale team cofounded before building xcale. Three clinics run on Nevatal today — including Dra. Duarte Medicina Estética — and Nevatal is xcale's first healthcare integration partner.

But Nevatal is also a customer. It uses xcale to qualify the clinics that come in through its own sales channel: answering questions about features, pricing and implementation timelines, booking demos directly into the sales team's calendar, and following up on leads that don't close in the first conversation.

This is the most honest case we can show: the team that built xcale runs it in their own sales operation before selling it outside. If it didn't work here, it wouldn't be anywhere else.

Vertical context matters. xcale doesn't respond generically about "SaaS" — it answers about the specific scheduling, clinical-history, and billing workflows of an aesthetic-medicine or general-medicine clinic. That depth comes directly from operating Dra. Duarte and Nevatal together.
